Up 22 positions in the GPTW list versus 2017
Medium term goal is to be in the top 10 positions

Mexico City, April 26, 2018.- Fort the sixth consecutive year, Liomont Laboratories received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) award and the 42nd position on the list, after climbing 22 positions versus last year, thanks to its constant commitment to encourage policies and practices that improve the quality of life of all the collaborators of the company.
According to Alfredo Rimoch, general director of Liomont Laboratories, “this award is the result of a company that works as a team, that considers all the areas to reach our goals and that seeks to make everyone that works at Liomont happy in all aspects of their lives”.
Liomont is certified as a GPTW since 2012 and figures in the list of the 100 best companies to work at in Mexico since three years ago. It has accomplished to improve its condition considerably, after obtaining the 79th position in 2016, the 64th position in 2017 and occupied the 42nd position this year.
“The key to managing this growth year after year is giving all the employees a sense of pride for the company they belong to and the country they represent, regardless them being outsourcing or payroll personnel. We’re all part of the same team”, mentioned Eduardo Fajer, Human Resources director, after receiving the award.
What’s most important to Liomont is its human capital, that why they constantly develop their personnel by improving their training, quality of life, social setting and environment. They promote values such as impartiality and fair treatment for everyone, they see their employees as individuals with personal lives and interests, that openly manifest their pride for their personal and team work and for the company and that create friendly environments and a familial sense among its members.
Great Place to Work is an institute that since 1981 (since 2002 in Mexico) awards the efforts of collaborators of different organisms after evaluating aspects such as credibility, respect, impartiality, pride, and comradeship with surveys answered by employees.

Liomont is a Mexican pharmaceutical laboratory that since 80 years ago develops, manufactures and commercializes medicine to help relieve human pain. It has a wide portfolio of over the counter and prescription medications, as well as biotechnological products, among them the first biotechnological vaccine against Influenza. The Liomont Foundation is an institution that supports and promotes the development of environmental projects performed by middle school students around the country.
